Internal Medicine Physician Onsite | Surprise, AZHireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Internal Medicine Physician to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this physician-level role in adult primary care. This position requires a physician who is clinically strong in managing adult populations, with a focus on chronic disease management, preventive care, and efficient outpatient practice operations. HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with jumpy or inconsistent work history will not be accepted or interviewed. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized, patient-centered treatment plans
• Deliver preventive care and long-term health management strategies
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within EMR systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Demonstrated experience treating adult-only patient populations
• Strong competency in managing chronic diseases (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular conditions)
• Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• Stable and consistent clinical work history
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)

• Experience in outpatient internal medicine settings
• Ability to manage high patient volume efficiently
• Strong preventive care and population health focus
• Experience working within team-based care environments

• Salary: $210,000 – $250,000 base
• Location: Onsite in Surprise, AZ
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
