Part Time Receptionist

Week One : Monday , Tuesday , Saturday

Week Two : Sunday , Tuesday , Thursday 

Hour: 4p-8p

Rose View Rehab and Care Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to support daily front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth communication within the facility.

Receptionist Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

• Manage visitor logs and facility entry procedures

• Provide general information and directions within the facility

• Support administrative and clerical tasks as needed

• Coordinate communication between departments

• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information

• Ensure front desk area remains organized and professional at all times

Receptionist Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior receptionist, administrative, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional demeanor and reliable attendance

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer and office skills

Receptionist Schedule

• Wednesdays and every other weekend 8am to 4:30pm
