Job Description The Manhattan Adult Day Care Center located at 120 West, 106 Street, New York is seeking a full time Mental Health Coordinator to join our team! The work hours will be Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Job Title: Mental Health Coordinator Reports To: Administrative Manager Job Summary The Mental Health Coordinator is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and daily operation of the Mental Health Program, ensuring that the clinical, social, and supportive service needs of program participants are effectively met. This position provides direct supervision and guidance to program staff, coordinates case management and care planning activities, and ensures compliance with all Department of Health (DOH) and Office of Mental Health (OMH) regulations and documentation requirements. The Mental Health Coordinator also provides direct social work support to clients, facilitates interdisciplinary collaboration, and communicates regularly with leadership regarding program operations, client needs, staffing, and quality outcomes. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Program Administration and Coordination Coordinate all aspects of the Mental Health Program, including: Intake evaluation and admission of new clients Attendance monitoring Problem resolution Activity evaluation Staff oversight Staff scheduling #J-18808-Ljbffr The New Jewish Home
