THE ROLE
A specialized kitchen staff member responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating menu items at a specific station (e.g., grill, sauté, pantry) to exact recipe standards . They handle food prep, maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards, and work rapidly to manage, often under pressure, during service
