DUTIES Build rapport with individuals but also with management, supervisors, and coworkers at employment sites. Teach skills necessary for individuals to meet or exceed performance expectations. Establish and maintain employer relationships. Prepare analysis of work environment, requirements and specific job analysis. Assist individuals in understanding the value of their job. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Experience working with individuals with disabilities in vocational rehabilitation and/or training settings is desirable. Ability to work independently and without direct supervision and/or directives daily. Ability to apply Employment Services Department training methods on the job. Ability to receive constructive feedback from supervisor(s) and apply necessary actions. Good communication skills and computer knowledge. Problem solving skills and ability to effectively multi-task. Ability to prioritize and plan in order to meet Employment Services Department timelines.
