Customer Service Representative - Not Remote Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$ 19.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm)

This position is not remote
High volume incoming calls
Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
Process customer orders and assist with account inquiries
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records and documentation

Customer Service Representative - Not Remote Qualifications:

2 year's of office customer service experience
Previous experience with high volume incoming calls
Able to work in fast paced environment
Excellent computer skills
Professional demeanor

Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
