Broiler Cook
Treasure Island Hotel Casino
Responsibilities Receive customer orders from the waitress and broil all items. Requisition a daily supply of meats from the butcher. Maintain the complete setup and breakdown of broiler station. Maintain orders correctly and accurately at all times. Other job related duties as assigned. Qualifications Must understand Health Department regulations and fully comply with sanitation standards. Must be able to properly use a thermometer. Must have knowledge of proper cooking temperatures and appropriate corrective actions for al foods. Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff. Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English. Ability to perform basic math. High School Education or equivalent required.
