IP Docketing Specialist

IP Docketing SpecialistLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well established law firm to recruit an experienced IP docketing specialist. This full time role is ideal for someone with strong intellectual property docketing experience and a deep understanding of USPTO rules, deadlines, and filing procedures. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and able to manage a large volume of time sensitive IP matters.Key Responsibilities:Review, enter, and maintain accurate docket entries for patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property mattersMonitor all USPTO deadlines and ensure timely filings and responsesProcess correspondence from the USPTO, foreign associates, and internal attorneysPrepare docket reports and follow up on upcoming deadlines and outstanding itemsAssist attorneys and staff with questions related to docketing status and rulesUpload, organize, and maintain documents within the firm’s IP management systemCoordinate with outside counsel and international agents regarding filings and deadlinesEnsure all docketing is compliant with firm procedures and client requirementsQualifications:Prior experience in IP docketing in a law firm or corporate legal department is requiredStrong knowledge of USPTO rules, timelines, and filing requirementsExperience with IP docketing software such as CPI, Foundation IP, Anaqua, or similar systemsExceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entryStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with attorneys and staffProficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systemsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectivelyStrong organizational skills and commitment to maintaining accurate recordsPay Details: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
