This is an exciting opportunity for an HRIS leader who enjoys optimizing systems, improving data integrity, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.Now Hiring: Manager, HRIS (SuccessFactors & UKG)Salary Range: $131K–$160K/YR plus bonus potential!Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day HRIS operations across platforms including SAP SuccessFactors and UKG / UltiProDrive HR data governance, security, compliance, and system integrityPartner with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance business processes and system capabilitiesManage system upgrades, testing, implementations, integrations, and continuous improvement initiativesDevelop and maintain HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics that support strategic business decisionsAnalyze workforce data, HR metrics, and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risksLead vendor integrations and support audit and compliance requirementsMentor and develop team members while helping build a high-performing HR technology functionRequired Qualifications:8+ years of HRIS administration and configuration experienceStrong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactorsExperience with UKG / UltiPro and payroll systemsExperience supporting workforce management platforms such as DayforceStrong understanding of HR data management, reporting, system integrations, and governanceExperience working in complex, highly matrixed organizationsAdvanced analytical skills with experience leveraging HR data to drive business outcomesExperience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platformsProficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and/or R is highly desiredStrong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skillsIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
