About the Role
The Company is seeking a strategic finance leader to take on the role of Head of Finance. This key position is responsible for guiding financial reporting, planning, and performance management, with a focus on strengthening decision-making through accurate analysis, disciplined budgeting, and clear reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to direct the annual budget cycle, produce and interpret financial statements, evaluate financial performance, and oversee general ledger accuracy. Additionally, the role involves managing cash position reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and leading a team of finance professionals. Applicants for the Head of Finance role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years' experience in finance or accounting, including prior leadership or team oversight. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of financial operations, compliance, and team leadership, and will be adept at driving continuous improvement across core finance processes. Key requirements include expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial statement preparation, and variance analysis, as well as advanced Excel proficiency and experience with enterprise financial systems. The role demands excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights clearly and collaborate with department leaders to support responsible resource allocation.
