The Brewer will be responsible for producing high-quality craft beer while ensuring adherence to food safety standards and maintaining equipment. Responsibilities Operate brewing equipment to produce craft beer following established recipes Sanitize equipment and maintain a clean brewing area Package finished products for distribution Fabricate new recipes and experiment with different ingredients to create unique flavors Adhere to HACCP, CGMP, and other food safety regulations Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain brewing equipment Operate forklift for moving materials within the brewery Skills Proficiency in food safety practices within the food industry Mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance Ability to sanitize brewing equipment effectively Experience in packaging and labeling products Knowledge of craft beer production processes Ability to fabricate new beer recipes and innovate in brewing techniques Familiarity with HACCP guidelines for food safety Understanding of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) Experience operating a forklift in an industrial setting If you are passionate about brewing, have a keen eye for detail, and possess the necessary skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr Whiskey Hill Brewing Co.
