Web Optimization Manager

Managing the strategy and quality of covista.com, the full-time Web Optimization Manager will oversee web management, content optimization, and stakeholder requests, ensuring an accessible and engaging digital presence while working remotely or from Chicago, IL. Key responsibilities Lead web strategy and user experience to enhance stakeholder engagement and brand presence Optimize content for clarity and discoverability, while managing the intake and prioritization of web requests Ensure quality assurance and compliance for all site updates, including accessibility standards and performance reporting Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in web management, content strategy, digital marketing, or SEO Hands-on experience with Drupal, including content management and page building Proven track record in improving content performance and user experience Experience with enterprise CMS platforms and web analytics Working knowledge of ADA/WCAG accessibility standards and technical SEO fundamentals
