Quick Facts: Location: Los Alamos, NM Start Date: 12/31/2025 End Date: 02/15/2026 Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Locum Tenens Licensure/Certifications: Active New Mexico medical license (required) Experience: Prior Urology experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Pay rate: $1.00/hour Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Provide clinic consultations and follow-up care for Urology patients Perform surgical procedures as scheduled in the outpatient setting Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care Maintain accurate documentation for all services provided Ensure compliance with all facility policies and standards Manage patient inquiries and communicate treatment plans effectively What You Need: Valid and active New Mexico medical license (must be already obtained) Experience in Urology, including surgical procedures Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication and patient management skills Clean professional history and good standing in licensing records About the Assignment: This assignment is with a leading facility in Los Alamos, NM. The provider will deliver essential urology services, focusing on clinic and surgical care, on a flexible basis. No call duties required; availability at least one week per month, with two weeks preferred, starting in late 2025.
