HVAC Install Manager

HVAC Install Manager Location: Sanford, FL One of Florida's largest residential HVAC contractors, is looking for an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead our North Orlando installation team. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential HVAC Install Technicians. Manage the daily operations of the installation department, including scheduling, manpower planning, and workflow. Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. Conduct ride-alongs, job site inspections, and quality assurance visits. Monitor department performance including productivity, callbacks, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Partner with Sales, Service, Dispatch, Warehouse, and Operations to ensure seamless project execution. Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop installation team members. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with all safety policies, building codes, and company procedures. Resolve escalated customer concerns while maintaining a world-class customer experience. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Previous leadership experience managing residential HVAC installation teams. Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation practices and equipment. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing schedules, labor, and operational performance metrics. Strong customer service mindset with a focus on quality workmanship. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of residential HVAC experience. Previous experience as an Install Manager, Installation Supervisor, or Field Operations Manager. Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software is preferred. EPA Certification is a plus. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.
