Director of Sales

Sales Director MDI NetworX partners with health plans, providers, TPAs, and benefit administrators to improve operational performance through technology and managed services. Our AI-powered InsightPro platform helps healthcare organizations optimize workforce performance, while our operational solutions span claims administration, member enrollment, provider support, digital mailroom, quality assurance, analytics, revenue cycle, and regulatory compliance. We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the next phase of MDI NetworX's commercial growth. This individual will expand our presence across the healthcare payer and provider markets, drive new client acquisition, and help scale a disciplined, repeatable go-to-market strategy. Initially an individual contributor, the role offers a clear path to building and leading a high-performing sales organization. Key Responsibilities Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution. Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on health plans, TPAs, providers, and benefit administrators. Build relationships with executive decision-makers and position InsightPro and MDI's operational solutions to solve complex business challenges. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast for executive leadership. Represent MDI NetworX at industry conferences and client events. Partner with operations and client services to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term success. Develop scalable sales processes, pricing strategies, and sales playbooks. Help define and build the future sales organization. Qualifications 8+ years of successful enterprise B2B sales experience. Demonstrated success selling into healthcare payers, TPAs, providers, or related markets. Experience selling technology, BPO, or managed services with complex sales cycles. Track record of independently building pipeline and closing new business. Excellent executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience with CRM platforms and sales forecasting. Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Experience scaling a commercial organization. Existing relationships across the healthcare payer ecosystem. Experience developing sales processes and mentoring sales professionals. Success in the First Year Build a strong, qualified pipeline aligned with company growth goals.
