*Overview:*
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for clients coordinating household goods relocations. This role is responsible for managing each move from start to finish, ensuring a smooth, organized, and positive experience for customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality service.
*Key Responsibilities:*

* Act as the main client contact throughout the relocation process
* Coordinate all aspects of household goods moves, ensuring timely and accurate execution
* Gather customer information, process orders, and prepare move estimates
* Work closely with sales, operations, dispatch, and third-party vendors to ensure service excellence
* Schedule services and manage logistics with dispatch teams
* Prepare and distribute move documentation (tickets, bills of lading, confirmations)
* Maintain and update customer profiles and records
* Handle military OA/DA requests and international relocation coordination
* Conduct post-move follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
* Resolve customer issues and provide effective, timely solutions
* Support invoicing accuracy and assist with reporting requirements
* Initiate and manage quick claim processes
* Assist with additional team needs as required
*Qualifications:*

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative, or operations support
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience in logistics, transportation, or relocation services preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
*Work Environment:*

* Fully onsite in Burlington Township, NJ
* Collaborative, fast-paced office setting
* Standard business hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
*Job Type & Location*
This is a Contract position based out of Willingboro, NJ.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
