The Greens at Gastonia is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Warrior Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team.

This full-time Weekend Warrior position offers 16-hour weekend shifts , additional Weekend Warrior pay, and a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus .

Weekend Warrior Schedule

Full-Time Weekend Warrior position
16-hour shifts
Consistent weekend schedule
Additional Weekend Warrior Pay
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight of nursing operations throughout the weekend
Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care in accordance with their individualized plans of care
Supervise, support, and provide guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Perform resident assessments and assist with medications, treatments, and documentation as needed
Monitor residents for changes in condition and ensure appropriate follow-up
Communicate effectively with physicians, families, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary team
Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations
Serve as a clinical resource and point of support for the weekend nursing team

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current CPR certification
Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and provide direction to the nursing team
