Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Active California license
• Experience with NetHealth (Rehab Optima) is preferred
• Hourly rate may differ without SNF experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans
• Administer physical therapy treatments to patients
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and exercises
• Document patient care and progress accurately
