Job Title: Receptionist – Part-Time, Evenings and every other weekend
Location: St. Clare Commons – Perrysburg, Ohio
Reports To: Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, and team members with warmth and professionalism
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls promptly
• Handle inquiries and direct guests to the right departments
• Distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain visitor logs and monitor lobby activity for safety
• Provide general clerical support (filing, copying, data entry)
• Assist with scheduling transportation and resident appointments
• Support departments with administrative tasks as needed

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a busy environment
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office preferred)

Schedule & Pay

• Pay: $15.00 – $17.40/hour
