Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience handling inbound calls and customer inquiries

Preferences:

College degree or previous contact center experience

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming phone calls regarding service inquiries on accounts
Respond with accuracy and efficiency, meeting key department performance metrics
Provide functional support in Cash Management products and services, Online and Mobile app, and general account or financial-related inquiries
Work professionally, team-oriented, and meet performance goals
