Compensation: $30.00 – $35.00 / hour (DOE) + Commission-Based Bonuses

Schedule: Full-Time | 4 Days/Week (Monday – Thursday)

Location: Boutique Dental Office — Dr. Paul O'Malley

About the Role

We are seeking an articulate, highly polished, and sales-focused Treatment Coordinator / Scheduler to join our small close knit family, at our premier boutique dental practice. In this key role, you will be the main point of contact for new patients, guiding them from their initial introductory appointment to presenting and closing complex treatment plans ranging from $10,000 to $80,000+ .

If you excel at high-touch hospitality, relationship-building, and closing high-ticket treatment, this position offers high earning potential in an unhurried, quality-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

New Patient Intake: Schedule and host initial introductory appointments with concierge-level service.

Case Presentation & Closing: Confidently present custom treatment plans ($10k–$80k+), discuss financial options, overcome objections, and secure signed agreements.

Follow-Up: Maintain systematic outreach with prospective and pending treatment cases to maximize acceptance.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in dental treatment coordination, high-end elective medical sales, or luxury concierge sales.

Must have dental experience

Proven ability to present and close high-ticket service plans ($10k+) with confidence and empathy.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a refined, professional presence.
