Nature of Work Detail-oriented professional who ensures the highest standards of safety and compliance by conducting routine, complex, and special inspections across the facility. The role includes training new employees in inspection techniques, handling investigations, surveys, and complaints, and making informed recommendations to maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities Conduct routine, complex, and special inspections throughout the facility. Train new employees on inspection techniques and procedures. Handle investigations, surveys, and complaints with precision. Document findings in detailed inspection reports and maintain meticulous records. Take decisive action based on inspection results and provide recommendations. Work a security post as needed and perform a mandatory weekly 12‑hour security shift. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Four (4) years of full‑time or equivalent part‑time paid experience in a closely related field, or equivalent coursework (30 semester hours per year of required experience). Valid driver’s license may be required. Licensure and/or certification pertinent to the work performed. Pay and Benefits Minimum Special Hiring Rate: $37,862. Additional $5,000 added to the minimum starting rate for Critical Vacancy Pay Supplemental Facilities. Annual base building pay differential of $250 after one year of service.
