Production Manager

An established beverage bottling company is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join their team! Operating for over 100 years, the company has grown from a small local operation to a leading producer and distributor of world-class beverages across the Southeast. They are looking for a driven leader with strong manufacturing expertise and a passion for operational excellence. If this sounds like you, apply today! The Production Manager will be responsible for: Lead and develop production teams across multiple shifts Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality beverage manufacturing Oversee scheduling, staffing, and performance management Maintain compliance with ISO22000, HACCP, GMP, and safety standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize KPIs The Production Manager should have the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered 5+ years in manufacturing or production leadership Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and operational standards Excellent communication and team-building skills Ability to lead in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
