Bilingual In Take Specialist (Part Time)

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Bilingual Intake Specialist located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Intake Specialist will be responsible for managing initial client interactions, responding to inquiries, gathering and entering client information, and scheduling consultations. The individual will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring all clients receive professional and compassionate assistance during the intake process. They will also assist with administrative and clerical tasks to support the office team. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping, including experience with office software tools Customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently Previous experience in a legal or professional office setting is a plus Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on providing high-quality client service Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or legal education is a bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr Candotti Law Firm, LLC
