Join us to be part of a team that leverages cutting-edge technology to create sustainable, efficient, and resilient manufacturing processes, making a tangible impact on the global stage.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transferYour contribution to the team: Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large-scale data migrations Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements A strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business goals and market trends. Deep understanding of compliance requirements, security protocols, and performance optimization methodologies Sector specific expertise for high quality project deliveryRequired Skill and ExperienceStrong expertise in SAP S/4HANA EWM/WM and Warehouse Management processes.Extensive experience in Blueprinting, Discovery Workshops, and Fit-Gap Analysis.Deep understanding of Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Replenishment, and Internal Warehouse Processes.Experience designing Warehouse Operating Models and Future-State Process Flows.Strong knowledge of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and warehouse automation solutions.Expertise in integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, and TM.Experience in defining Warehouse Structure (Warehouse Number, Storage Types, Bins, Activity Areas, etc.).Ability to prepare Business Process Design Documents (BPDD), Solution Design Documents, and Functional Specifications.Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.Experience leading global or large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs."Preferred Skill and Experience"Experience with Automated Warehouses, ASRS, Robotics, Conveyors, and WCS integrations.Knowledge of RF Framework, Barcode Scanning, and Mobile Warehouse Solutions.Familiarity with SAP Signavio for process modeling and transformation initiatives.Experience in ECC to S/4HANA EWM migrations.Knowledge of SAP BTP, Fiori Apps, and Embedded Analytics.Exposure to Third-Party Logistics (3PL) integrations.Understanding of supply chain planning and logistics execution processes.Experience in multi-country template design and rollout projects.SAP EWM/WM certification preferred.Strong leadership, mentoring, and governance experience."Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
