Quality Systems Engineer

Haemonetics seeks a Quality Systems Engineer for its Clinton, PA facility to drive product and process quality improvements through investigations, corrective actions, and risk analysis while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role includes supervisory responsibilities and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, R&D, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality systems, procedures, and test methods for existing and new products
- Lead or participate in CAPA investigations, non-conformance reviews, and process failure resolutions
- Support QC hold processes and provide quality input on product issues to stakeholders
- Conduct risk analyses and lead validation activities and supplier qualification efforts
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide quality guidance on complaint investigations and product improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, life science, or related technical field
- 3-5+ years of experience in quality assurance or related function
- Professional experience with statistical process control
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Supervisory experience including hiring, training, and performance management
Compensation: $68,200-$116,000 annual
