Assistant Program Manager - Trafford

Assistant Program Manager Compensation : $22.79/hr, with potential to $26.98/hr based on education and experience. $1,000 sign‑on bonus. Location : Rutland, MA. Schedule : Sunday 7 AM–11 PM; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 1 PM–11 PM. Responsibilities Be passionate about working with and helping youth. Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment. Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment. Assist with planning and implementation of programming for individuals. Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed. Maintain a high level of organizational and communication skills. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid driver's license required. High school diploma with two years of congregate care experience, or Bachelor’s degree with one year of congregate care experience. Degrees in psychology, social work, sociology, or related fields preferred. Minimum one year experience working with individuals with psychological, emotional, or behavioral disorders, complex PTSD, co‑occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, or autism spectrum disorders. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Willingness to obtain MAP certification within six months of hire. Orientation 2‑week New Hire Orientation: Monday‑Friday 8 AM–4 PM in Rutland, MA.
