Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), you will help diverse patients receive exceptional obstetrical, neonatal, and gynecological care so they can experience healthy pregnancies, positive birth outcomes, and optimized women's health throughout their lifespan. Join our dedicated team in a collaborative practice environment. Every day you will provide management for low-risk antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients, ensuring adherence to established protocols and the highest standards of care. You will be expected to practice directly within your CNM scope of practice, maintaining rigorous patient safety standards and utilizing professional communication to foster seamless team collaboration and problem-solving. To be successful in this role, you must be a registered professional nurse with specialized skills and certification in obstetrical, neonatal, and gynecological medicine, duly authorized for advanced practice in Arizona. You will actively contribute to our clinic leadership team, participating in the annual updating of mi dwifery protocols, policies, and procedures to continuously elevate our patient care delivery.
