Starting Pay / Salary Range Starting rate of $31.98/hr or ~$66,500/yr ( + shift differential). Top-level technicians have the potential to earn up to $60.43/hr or ~$125,600/yr (+ shift differential) as you grow in the organization. About the role We are seeking an injection molding technician to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of injection molding machines with automation systems to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. The technician will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while adhering to industry standards and company policies. This role will initially be located in South Boston and will transition to our Andover Manufacturing Center located ~25 miles north of Boston within the next five years. We expect all employees hired to make the transition to Andover as roles migrate to the new site.
