Position Summary The role of the Steward is to maintain the cleanliness and sanitization of all food and beverage outlets, kitchen, dinnerware, and food and beverage equipment. Manages setup and takedown of select kitchen and outlet areas. The Kitchen Steward is a back of house all-star who maintains the cleanliness and sanitization of all food and beverage outlets, kitchen, dinnerware, and food and beverage equipment. Manages setup and takedown of select kitchen and outlet areas. SHIFT: Full-Time | 30-40 Hours per Week | Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
