Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member We’re looking for a motivated and organized Customer Relations Representative to help our insurance agents attract and keep customers. You’ll play a key role in providing excellent service and supporting our team’s growth. Important A valid Property and Casualty (P&C) License is REQUIRED to apply. Please do not apply if you do not currently hold this license or are not able to obtain it. What You’ll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Answer questions about insurance options, policy changes, claims, and billing quickly and clearly. Help customers understand the insurance coverage that fits their needs. Communicate effectively to support customers and help grow our business. Ask happy customers for reviews and referrals. Work with the team to meet service goals and improve customer satisfaction. Handle service tasks so the sales team can focus on selling. Process customer payments accurately and keep good records. Send important documents to customers on time and professionally. Reach out to customers to collect needed documents and ensure a smooth experience. Help customers set up and use their online accounts. What We’re Looking For A strong focus on great customer service. Must have a valid Property and Casualty (P&C) License. Ability to get a Life/Health License is a plus.
