American Quality Roofers is seeking elite In-Home Closers and driven Outside Sales Professionals to expand our residential roof replacement division across the Greater Houston area. We are an operations-focused team that values relationship-based, transparent sales over pushy, high-pressure tactics. What You’ll Do:

• Build a massive, recurring pipeline by networking with local Houston Real Estate Agents, Home Inspectors, and Solar Companies.
• Prospect in residential neighborhoods through door-to-door canvassing to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct in-home kitchen table consultations to present pricing options and close contracts.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A highly competitive mindset, self-discipline, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence when dealing face-to-face with customers.
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to navigate the Houston area.
• Prior experience in Door-to-Door Sales, Home Security, Solar, or In-Home Closing is preferred, but not strictly required for the right driven individual.
