The Opportunity As a Management Consulting - Actuaries Intern, you will engage in projects that focus on workforce consulting, specifically within the rewards and benefits sector. As an Intern, you will support teams by participating in projects, conducting research, and performing basic tasks. Responsibilities Supporting teams in the development and management of employee benefit programs to enhance well-being and attract top talent Participating in benchmarking studies to identify industry best practices and develop superior benefits solutions Conducting benefit plan analysis to evaluate existing plans and recommend improvements for cost savings and compliance Assisting in benefits administration by enrolling new employees and confirming understanding of available plans Engaging in agile performance measurement to track progress and identify areas for improvement in benefits delivery Collaborating with stakeholders to gather information and analyze data for strategic decision-making in benefits management Observing and learning from experienced professionals to gain exposure to PwC's methodologies and practices Applying a learning mindset to develop personal skills and contribute to team success What You Must Have Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Acturial, Acturial Science, Acturial Mathematics, Applied Mathematics Client service intern positions are entry-level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year of a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 year program. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
