Experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing is preferred, and candidates with electrical knowledge are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to fabricate and assemble products.
  • Assemble components accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify product specifications by measuring completed components.
  • Perform light quality control inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining a safe and organized work area.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient production.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in assembly, production, or a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
  • Ability to read and identify part numbers.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Team-oriented with a positive work ethic.
Pre-Employment Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
