HVAC Lead Installer

Texas HVAC Experts is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes exceptional pride in their work, understands proper installation practices and who can lead an installation from start to finish with little supervision. Responsibilities Lead residential/light commercial HVAC change-outs and new system installations Install furnaces, air handlers, air conditioners, heat pumps, coils, duct work and smart thermostats Have the ability to recognize performance issues while working/replacement of system Ability to perform brazing, vacuum and charge system to manufacture specifications Communicate clearly with homeowners, project managers and other teammates Minimum 3+ years as lead installer (verified) Dependable, professional and able to work well with others What we are looking for We aren't looking for someone who simply knows how to set equipment (box changers).
