Assistant Manager Auto Detail Shop
Location: Houston, TX. Schedule: Must have open availability. Language Requirement: Bilingual (English/Spanish) to support diverse customers
Position Summary
The Assistant Manager will support daily operations of a busy auto detail shop, assist the Manager with workflow, customer service, and team coordination, and ensure a smooth, efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager with daily shop operations
- Provide bilingual customer support to a diverse client base
- Help oversee staff, workflow, and quality control
- Support scheduling, task assignments, and shop organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready environment
- Address customer questions, concerns, and service needs
- Ensure services are completed accurately and on time
Requirements
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must have open availability
- Previous experience in auto detailing, customer service, or supervisory roles preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
