Bilingual Entry-Level Payroll Administrator | $18-$20/hr
Parsippany, NJ | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
Looking to start a career in Payroll or Human Resources Administration? We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Entry-Level Payroll Administrator to join our team.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Review and enter employee timecards.
- Perform payroll and employee data entry.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist with attendance and timekeeping information.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Reliable and eager to learn.
- Previous office, payroll, or data-entry experience is a plus.
- Must be Bilingual English and Spanish Speaking
