Desired Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in California
• Previous OT experience in a school or pediatric environment
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal abilities for student, staff, and family collaboration
• Flexibility to adapt treatment plans according to student progress and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine student needs and develop targeted intervention plans
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions within the educational environment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for compliance and best practices
• Participate in IEP meetings; communicate findings and progress to staff and families
• Offer strategies and tools to promote learning, participation, and independence for diverse learners
• Consult regularly with teachers to incorporate OT strategies into classroom routines
