About the Role

We're hiring a Lead Plumber - Residential Service Leader to serve as both a top-performing technician and a mentor to our team.

This is a hands-on leadership role , where you will:

• Run residential service calls
• Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues
• Mentor and train other plumbers
• Help lead weekly team trainings
• Set the standard for quality and professionalism

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000 - $85,000+ base salary (based on experience & performance)
• Uncapped incentives & spiffs

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Typical start time: 7:30 AM
• Most days wrap up by 4:00-4:30 PM
• Work hours depend on call volume, but we focus on keeping schedules reasonable
• On-call ends at 9 PM
• We believe our team should have time for life outside of work

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills on complex service calls
• Passion for mentoring and developing others
• Comfortable leading trainings and ride-alongs
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Experience with:
  • Drain systems
  • Water heater installation
  • Drain machines
  • PEX, copper, and PVC
