ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Distribution Representative is a front-of-house team member responsible for providing exemplary customer service to Broadway patrons through the distribution and support of assistive technology services. These services include assistive listening, captioning, audio description, and foreign language translation devices. The ideal candidate has the following qualifications: Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency with technology and mobile applications Ability to work well independently Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced theater environment Bilingual proficiency and/or knowledge of American Sign Language preferred This position requires standing for extended periods and climbing stairs when elevator access is unavailable.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Distribute assistive technology devices to patrons Record patron and device information using a company-provided tablet Provide patrons with clear instructions for using borrowed devices Communicate system issues and operational concerns to management as they arise Training will be provided by Sound Associates, Inc. for these functions. SALARY $21.00 – $21.00 per hour
