Technical Sales Representative

Role Description This full-time, on-site Technical Sales Specialist role is based in Woodstock, IL. The Sales Specialist is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective customers, managing the sales pipeline, and presenting Inductaflex’s machine and tooling solutions to clients across key industrial markets.

Assist in the development of a North American Dealer network.

Daily activities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations and proposals, following up on inquiries, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to align solutions with customer requirements.

The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, providing post-sale support, gathering market feedback, and attending industry events or site visits to drive new business opportunities.

The technical Sales Specialist will also contribute to sales reporting, support sales planning, and participate in ongoing product and application training.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with customers, present technical solutions clearly, and collaborate with internal teams.

• Experience in industrial equipment, machinery, or metalworking markets is highly beneficial.

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand manufacturing processes and machine capabilities.

• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software for reporting, documentation, and communication.

• Ability to work on-site in Woodstock, IL and travel to customer locations or trade events as needed.

• Relevant education or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
