This position offers a unique "seat at the table" where you will partner directly with BSAs, Products, Sales, Marketing, and customer care stakeholders to translate business vision into technical reality.What You'll Do:Ability to work with business teams from Sales, Marketing and Service to implement and rollout cloud applications across analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end usersPerform application configuration activities in – Sales,Service and Marketing CloudWork with multiple integration projects using middleware or third party custom applicationsRecommend build vs. buy when It comes to third party integrations for the SFDC stackCreate business process models using best practice techniques, including current and future state solution design documents using requirements gatheredAbility to design solutions and write functional and technical specifications for technical team membersOperate and leverage Agile and Scrum methodologiesAbility to dive deep and research production system issues, resolve user problems and escalate when necessarySupport change control best practices, including the management of user requests/approvals and promoting changes to productionMust be able to walk the talk and code, troubleshoot and debug for issuesWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, computer science or related field6+ years of hands on experience in SFDC development, lead role in supporting Sales/Marketing and Service modulesSalesforce Certified CPQ specialist, Platform Developer I ,Certified Platform Developer II, Agentforce Certifications preferred.Comfortable learning and excelling at the latest Salesforce technologies like AgentforceHands on design and development of custom solutions on the force.com platform including significant work in Agentforce, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, LWC,Visualforce,lightning platform,SOQL queries, components and application integration patternsWorking knowledge of a billing tool in Salesforce (ie.
