- 8+ years : Jira Software administration (enterprise environments – Cloud)
- 8+ years : Jira analytics & reporting (JQL-driven insights)
- 5+ years : Advanced dashboarding & metrics design in Jira
- Strong experience with:
- JavaScript / TypeScript (Atlassian Forge)
- REST APIs & integrations
- Tempo (timesheets, cost, planner)
- Hands-on expertise with:
- ScriptRunner (Groovy + HAPI)
- Smart Values & Jira Expressions
- eazyBI (MDX)
- Power BI (DAX + Jira connectors)
- Experience working in large, multi-team environments
