Talento Search Group has an opening for a Warehouse Shift Supervisor in Chillicothe, OH. This is a direct-hire position on the 1st or 2nd shift and the pay rate is about $24 per hour, depending on experience.

The Warehouse Shift Supervisor is a key role for the success of the organization, by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring workflow. The position is also responsible for ensuring compliance and administration of policies, procedures and practices. This is a full time, direct hire position.

Experience Needed:

• Proven experience in production, warehousing or distribution
• Experience with kitting, high speed assembly, sequencing, warehousing, storage, shipping and receiving is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems
• Organizations and communication skills
• Ability to meet or exceed deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet goals

Essential Functions include (but not limited to):

• Ensure completion of customer requirements
• Clearly communicate with other supervisors and managers regarding status of plant
• Make certain KPI's are being met and make adjustments as needed
• Ensure consistent and compliant products
• Meet documentation and reporting requirements
• Maintain Environmental, Health and Safety policies
• Provide leadership and support to team members
