Senior Finance Analyst The Senior Finance Analyst will play a pivotal role in bridging finance and operations, with a strong focus on cost accounting and operational performance. Own and deliver detailed cost analysis across materials, labour, and overheads Partner closely with Operations and Supply Chain to drive efficiency and performance improvements Lead variance analysis, including production, yield, and inventory performance Support month-end close processes, including inventory and cost of goods sold reporting Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities Play a key role in audit processes (internal and external) and inventory controls Act as a change agent on systems and process improvements, including ERP transformation projects MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. For the Senior Finance Analyst role we are seeking: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5+ years of progressive finance experience within a manufacturing environment Strong cost accounting experience, ideally within process manufacturing Experience using ERP systems SAP is strongly preferred Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate into actionable insights Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with Operations teams Proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to drive improvements and influence change What's on offer: Competitive salary ranging from $71,000 to $95,000 USD.
