Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing SaaS support team with a focus on coaching, growth, and continuous development.
• Champion the implementation of AI agents and Large Language Models to automate routine tasks, optimize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to advocate for the customer experience and drive product enhancements.
• Oversee daily queue operations, monitor key metrics, and manage complex customer escalations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Analyze support trends and case drivers to proactively optimize processes and establish best-in-class service standards.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in customer application support within a SaaS product environment.
• 3+ years of experience in a team leadership or managerial role.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to maintain focus, lead empathetically, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points For:

• Background or familiarity with accounting workflows and concepts.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI tools or LLMs in customer support workflows.
• Mindset of continuous improvement and evidence of implementing new workflows.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

Hiring Range $85,900.00$118,100.00
