We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Estimator/Sales Representative who can inspect properties, educate homeowners, and provide accurate estimates that lead to successful sales. Responsibilities Conduct in-home inspections of foundation cracks and water intrusion issues. Diagnose foundation and structural concerns. Prepare detailed estimates and explain repair solutions to homeowners. Build trust with customers through honest, professional consultations. Close sales and achieve monthly revenue goals. Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process. Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth job handoffs. Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software. Qualifications Previous experience in construction sales, foundation repair, waterproofing, or home improvement sales preferred. Strong knowledge of residential construction is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Comfortable climbing ladders, entering crawl spaces, and inspecting basements. Ability to read measurements and prepare accurate estimates.
