Your Role Awaits

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and creating tailored care plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic health issues independently or in collaboration with physicians (depending on credentialing)
• Educating patients and their families about prevention, wellness strategies, and disease management
• Prescribing therapies and medications in alignment with your scope of practice
• Monitoring patient progress and managing chronic care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for holistic and coordinated care
• Documenting all patient interactions comprehensively in electronic medical records (EMR)

Education Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Credentials We Seek

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Texas
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to secure these within 90 days)
