Surgical Technologist Opportunity
Winneshiek Medical Center (dba WinnMed) is seeking a full-time contract for a Surgical Technologist for 13 weeks minimum. Location is in Decorah, Iowa. Surgical Technologists must be experienced in: General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, OBGYN, Podiatry, Urology, Dental.
Job Requirements:
- State of Iowa Mandatory Reporter Training
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
- Surgical Technologist Certification preferred
- Must stay within 30 minutes of WinnMed when on-call
- American Heart Association BLS required
Schedule: Position is primarily 8 hour shifts Monday - Friday, 7:00a - 3:30 pm. Hours may fluctuate slightly based on surgery case load (as early as 6:00am). Position includes on-call rotation, approximately 1 night per every 2 week pay period, and every 5th to 6th weekend. Holiday Call rotation included.
