Schedule Temp Schedule - M-F 10:30PM- 7AM Temp can start pending background per site. Job Overview We are currently looking for certified nightshift forklift operators with experience loading liquids/beverages. You must have at least 6 months experience. If you have never worked in a warehouse environment before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for 90% - 95% of your shift. It is a physical job that gets loud and the facilities are large. While we want everyone to feel comfortable, our ability to control the temperature in our warehouses is limited. Indoor warehouse working conditions are impacted by seasons and the weather. Responsibilities Operate and drive a stand‑up forklift with a current forklift certificate. Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers, as well as collect empty pallet boards and carry them to storage. Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology. Safely operate a forklift while working in an automated warehouse. Load trailers via forklifts, carts, or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer. Receive and distribute product and assist in weekly product inventory. Perform general housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required (e.g., sweep the floor, help clean a trailer, take out the trash, etc.). Lift objects that weigh between 15 and 50 pounds (e.g., from a bowling ball to a twin‑size mattress) with or without a reasonable accommodation. Minimum Requirements 18 years of age or older. Forklift certification presented to be considered. Six months or more of forklift operating experience. Valid driver’s license. Will work night shift, possible weekends, holidays, and off shift. Ability to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without an accommodation. Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods. Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods. Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products. Willingness to work at heights using ladders or lifts. Willingness to work in environments with extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces. PPE required: Steel Toe Shoes (plus safety glasses and hi‑visibility safety vests). Desired Qualities Communication: interact with coordinators, peers, managers, and team leads about issues, downtime, and breaks. Flexibility: adapt to production schedule changes, environmental changes, and sudden work schedule changes. Tech Savvy: comfortable learning new technology, using automated systems, and tracking production and inventory. Work Ethic: willing to go above and beyond on assigned tasks and volunteer for additional assignments. Teamwork: dependable and accountable to one another. Attention to Detail: accurately read product codes and labels, and pick and load the correct quantity.
